OCIC for Children & Youth
Welcome to registration for O.C.I.A (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults) adapted for Children and Youth. Please complete the following
information to the best of your ability. Meanwhile, please collect any forms you may have from previous Catholic parishes if your child received any Sacraments prior. This may be a Baptismal Certificate, First Eucharist or Confirmation Certificates, letter of good standing, etc.
There will be a mandatory parent meeting on Sunday, September 22 at 9:15am to discuss additional information regarding OCIA classes. Please plan to attend. You are also welcome to our ice cream social on Wednesday, September 4 6:00pm-7:00pm.
